At Sheridan Christian Center we believe in Restoration. This is the vision, the cornerstorne, of the church. Everyone encounters bumps and challenges in life - that goes unsaid. But too often people only view the church as a place to go when they are weak ... "the strong don't need church", many say. The trouble with this mind set is that it is deceiving: The bible clearly states that "..in our weakness HE is made strong..." So it is only when we realize our humanity, our frailty, that we can truly realize a greater purpose... .a greater life... a GREATEST GOD. History tells us that most every "greatest" person accomplished amazing works due to, among other things, a sense of something greater than themselves spurring them on. THAT'S GOD. And the sooner we all realize that, no matter if we are currently experiencing high times of low times, the sooner we realize the great purpose we are meant for.
